Cryoballs are our favorite skincare tool for instant shine, renewal and swelling reduction. The results of cryotherapy are immediately visible. The cold contributes to the contraction of the muscles & blood vessels of the face. At the same time, it reduces swelling and tightens the skin and pores.

How to Use:
- Put them in their special pouch and leave them in the fridge for at least 20-30 minutes.
- Start an effective cryo-therapy at home by placing the balls in the center of the forehead and gently massaging from the inside out, towards the height of the ears. Repeat 5-6 times on each side.
- Under the eyes: Start from the inner corner, towards the height of the temples. Repeat 5-6 times on each side.
- Cheekbones, lips, chin: Repeat the same technique as above and in the specific areas. Start from the center of the face (next to the nose, center of the lips, center of the chin) and lightly pass the cryoballs outwards, up to the height of the ears. Repeat 5-6 times on each side.
- Finally, place the cryoballs behind the earlobe and pass
down with light, circular motions up to the neck bones. Repeat 5-6 times.
Tip: Follow a beauty treatment at home, using the cryoballs on top of your favorite sheet mask or your favorite eye patches.
Important Notes:
-Store the Cryoballs in the refrigerator. We would recommend to not place the Cryoballs in the freezer. The temperature of the refrigerator is enough to get the right temperature and give your skin all the beneficial benefits of cryotherapy at home.
-Do not put too much pressure when using Cryoballs.
-Do not use Cryoballs if you have skin that reacts to cord temperatures.
Care Instructions:
