All orders are being sent directly. In case your order can not be sent within 3 days from the date of receipt, then you will receive information from one of our representatives (via email) to give you more info.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays. The delivery of the shipments is being held from our contributor, ACS Courier.

For Cyprus, the order is delivered within 7-10 days.

We make every effort to ensure that all products reach your hands in excellent condition, but if there is a broken product, please send an email to info@hey-beauty.gr with the subject "RETURN REQUEST". Please fill in your name and email as well as the order number in the message.

You will send us a message, at info@hey-beauty.gr with the subject "CANCELLATION OF ORDER" and your order number - e.g. "CANCELLATION OF ORDER # 1670".

In case you want to return a product you bought from our online store, you must do so within 14 days.
In case the product you receive is faulty, the company will replace it or refund you. Faulty or damaged product must be returned to Hey, Beauty! Within 14 days. We will review the product and if you want a refund, it’ll be made within 30 days from the day you request the refund.

In case you wish to return due to a change of opinion or dissatisfaction, the Company can refund the full value of the product by deducting shipping costs. A prerequisite is that the product is in the condition in which it was received (its packaging has remained intact, has not been opened and there is no damage) and you’ll have the invoice or the retail receipt. Returns are accepted within 14 days.

Επιστροφή χρημάτων:

Η επιστροφή των χρημάτων σας από το hey-beauty.gr θα γίνεται με κατάθεση σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό που θα έχετε δηλώσει μέσω της φόρμας επικοινωνίας του παρόντος ιστοτόπου.

Είναι σημαντικό τα στοιχεία του τραπεζικού λογαριασμού (τράπεζα, ΙΒΑΝ, αριθμός λογαριασμού, δικαιούχος λογαριασμού) να είναι απολύτως ορθά.Η κατάθεση γίνεται από τραπεζικό λογαριασμό alpha bank και τυχόν τραπεζικά έξοδα που μπορεί να προκύψουν επιβαρύνουν αποκλειστικά τον πελάτη-καταναλωτή.

Note: In case the courier cannot reach you, your parcel remains at their offices for 10 days. If you do not receive it within 10 days, the package is returned to our offices. If you want to repeat the shipment, you will be charged shipping costs depending on the shipping area. The method of payment is either by cash on the delivery or bank deposit.

Σε περίπτωση που επιθυμείτε να γίνει κράτηση της παραγγελίας σας στα κεντρικά γραφεία μας και αποστολή σε μελλοντική ημερομήνια, θα πρέπει να έχει πληρωθεί είτε με κάρτα είτε μεσω PayPal.
Το ανώτατο όριο κράτησης της παραγγελίας σας είναι οι 14 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση πραγματοποείται επιστροφή χρημάτων.
